Southern Pleasure is a Honeymoon Cabin that is a pure pleasure to visit! Located in Gatlinburg near Hwy. 321 East, Southern Pleasure has a fabulous woodland and mountain view. The cabin has spacious outside grounds with easy parking and a grill, too!
The inviting wrap-around deck contains both rocking chairs and a fabulous hot tub for your, yes, Southern Pleasure. With hardwood floors and wood accents everywhere, once you are inside you won't want to leave this rustic-looking, yet spacious and modern, great room. You will spend many enjoyable hours here playing pool, fixing a great snack, and sitting on the comfy couch watching TV or gazing into the fireplace.
The only room more exciting? Why the master suite, of course! It is outfitted with a king log bed, and the most spacious bathroom ever; complete with a romantic Jacuzzi! Every possible comfort imaginable is within the Southern Pleasure Cabin and you will be telling your friends about this wonderful cabin vacation!

“Our stay at this cabin (Southern Pleasure) was FANTASTIC!!! We were able to relax after many years, totally, enjoying just being the two of us in a quite atmosphere and accommodations.
The problem with the TV was ours, not Baskins Creek; we forgot we had to use two remote controls! to operate the TV Channels.
The cabin was very clean, cozy and quiet. Just what we were looking for! We enjoyed sitting in the night and mornings on the deck with the mountain view to sooth us; the weather was beautiful for us the week we spent there.
Keeping the cabin clean, kept the ants away. That always works! We really enjoyed being at Southern Pleasure; it was definitely pleasurable!
Thanks for giving us choices in picking out a cabin; we were not disappointed with our choice!

“Dear Baskins Creek Vacation Rentals,
My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Southern Pleasures cabin, and are already looking forward to our next visit. We were impressed with the accommodations, and just have a couple of things to mention that you might want to check up on. The toilet was running after every flush, and my need a new part or two to get it operating smoothly. Also, I'm not sure if it was supposed to be or not, but the hot tub vents were running intermittently throughout our stay, even when we tried to turn them off (this is probably normal, but we weren't sure.) The only other thing that we found to be a problem was that the sheets on the bed were a horrible fit, and we could not get them to stay on. We would fix them just before going to sleep, and be laying on bare mattress when we woke up in the mornings. None of these problems put a damper on our wonderful vacation, and we would definitely come back and stay here again. We just wanted to let you know so that future guests have the best stay possible.

“The cabin was really nice and was clean and ready for me when I got there. The only comment I have is that I specifically asked a reservationist on the Thursday before my arrival if the cabin was equiped with either gas logs or a woodburning fireplace, as your website describes it both ways in different places. Your associate explicitly told me that it was woodburning, so I hauled wood 4 hours and 45 minutes with me to be able to have a fire each night of my 3 night stay, only to arrive to gas logs. That's not so bad, but....on the second day of my stay the propane tank was absolutely dry. I would have expected that would be checked regularly and kept full at all times. Again, that is no big deal either, but taken together that did get a little aggravating. I would suggest that the website be updated and your associates correctly informed as to the amenities for each unit, and that the propane levels be checked as a part of weekly or monthly maintenance checks.

“MY WIFE AND I WERE CELEBRATING OUR 24 YEAR ANNIVERSARY, WE THOUGHT THE CABIN WAS AWSOME THE VIEW FROM THE HOT TUB WAS SO BEAUTIFUL, WE JUST RELAXED AND ENJOYED OUR CABIN. WE WOULD OF LIKED TO OF CHECKED IN A LITTLE EARLIER, MAYBE THAT WOULD BE SOMETHING TO CONSIDER, ALSO DRICTIONS COULD BE JUST A LITTLE BIT BETTER WE FOUND A QUICKER ROUTE TO OUR CABIN. BUT IT WAS SUCH A WONDERFUL 3 DAYS WE WILL BE BACK IN SEPTEMBER AND HOPE TO GET THE SOUTHERN PLEASURE CABIN AGAIN. OH YEA THE FLAT SCREEN TVS WERE GREAT AND THE POOL TABLE!!!!!!!!“
